Bring the sciences to life as you trek through 200 acres of wildlife at the Nashville Zoo or discover interactive exhibits at the Adventure Science Center. Of course, no visit to Nashville is complete without a lesson in line dancing at the Wild Horse Saloon! Join the Odyssey

Day 1

  • Welcome to Nashville!  Check in at the GTO designated registration desk and let us know you arrived safely!
  • We’ll drop in at the Belmont Mansion, the largest house museum in Tennessee nestled in the heart of the Belmont University campus
  • Next we’ll stop at the Nashville Zoo, a 200-acre zoo and historic plantation farmhouse just outside of Nashville
  • Finally, the whole family will love the Adventure Science Center, with interactive exhibits and award-winning programs guaranteed to inspire any budding scientist!

Day 2

  • We’ll get things rockin’ with an Historic RCA Studio B tour – “Become a Star for a Day”.  Walk the iconic halls of the recording studio of Elvis Presley and other music industry giants
  • Next, we’ll enjoy a little piece of ancient Greece right in the middle of Nashville with a visit to The Parthenon, a full-sized replica of the Greek original built in 1897 for Tennessee’s Centennial Exposition
  • Fast forward a few years for a stop at The Hermitage, Home of President Andrew Jackson

Day 3

  • A stop at the Ryman Auditorium will start our day on a high note and includes the new “Soul of Nashville” pre-tour experience
  • Next is a visit to the Frist Center for The Visual Arts, an enriching artistic experience boasting a world class collection
  • We’ll ride on over to the Wildhorse Saloon for a scrumptious buffet lunch AND line dancing lessons!
  • Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, “the one and only museum in the world that honors the talented musicians who actually played on the greatest recordings if all time,”is a must-do today
  • Let’s end the day at historic Fort Nashborough, which sheltered the first residents of Nashville

Day 4

  • Want your picture with Luke Bryan?  How about Jason Aldean?  Celebrities (the wax variety!) abound at the new Madame Tussauds in Nashville
  • We’ll cruise the beautiful Cumberland River and enjoy a delectable lunch on a General Jackson Showboat lunch cruise
  • Next, no trip to Nashville is complete without a visit to the famous Grand Ole Opry and a backstage tour- you never know who you might run into!
  • Let’s end the day in true country style with a sensational performance at the Grand Ole Opry!

Day 5

  • A trip to the Country Music Hall of Fame will get your toes tapping as you explore the history and traditions of country music
  • We’ll get a taste of southern charm and hospitality at the Belle Meade Plantation with 1 additional program and 1 extra add on

Day 6

  • Our last day begins with a visit to the exquisite Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum, where beauty abounds in gardens and galleries
