National Teacher Appreciation Day
Sometime during our school years, we’ve all had a teacher that’s made a difference. Perhaps it was someone who inspired us, expanded our views of the world, or simply showed us kindness.
Teachers play so many roles in our lives – educator, counselor, coach, mentor, nurturer, advocate – and on and on. They give countless hours of their time and talents during the school day and beyond.
On this National Teacher Appreciation Day, reach out to a teacher who had an impact on your life. A brief note of thanks or even a message on social media means so much. There’s nothing quite as rewarding as knowing your work has had a transformative effect on someone’s life!
