World Pasta Day
Break out your stretchy pants because today is World Pasta Day!
Carb lovers have been eating pasta since at least 5,000 B.C. However, this holiday was only established in 1995, when 40 pasta producers from around the world gathered to hold the globe’s first World Pasta Congress.
Since then, the world has joined forces each October to pay tribute to one of our favorite foods. Spaghetti, penne, lasagna – whatever your preference – indulge in a little carb loading today!
