Today is Chinese New Year – February 1, 2022
Chinese New Year, or Lunar New Year, is a 15-day festival that is celebrated annually depending on the sighting of the new moon. The occasion is also known as the Spring Festival, and an animal is associated with each New Year. The animals rotate and repeat according to a fixed cycle. This is the Year of the Tiger!

Walt Disney World® Resort 2023 Preferred Pricing
Please note, Preferred ticket pricings are now live in GTO. If your company is not a Preferred Buyer, please submit your buyer levels 2023 pricing to the Help Desk for entry.
GTO added *pending park availability to all park ticket wording and has updated all park names to their legal copyrighted name.
GTO has also added wording for the nighttime shows in each park. Also, descriptions for specific workshops and performances. This will allow TO’s to add into final itineraries easier.
A few notable differences for 2023 tickets:
- There is now a Performing Arts Ticket that includes a Performance AND Workshop
- All 2023 options now have pricing without Genie+ as well as a price WITH Genie+. Make sure to read price descriptions to choose the correct option you are looking for.
- The $1 per ticket option to make park reservations through Disney group sales is not included in any pricing. There is a separate line item for that if your company decides to use that service.
