GTO System Updates

Set Selling Price in Sales Manager

A new process for pricing a tour in Sales Manager was implemented over the weekend.  This gives all companies more control over their pricing of tour packages.  If you have any questions or need help with the new system please contact your Community Architect.

Reminder about “Add Information” in Supplier Manager

Your company can add notes, reminders, and booking guidelines for each supplier in Supplier Manager.  Any information you enter is only for your company and can even be marked to show up for a specific range of dates.  We highly encourage each company to designate someone to be the “keeper of the notes” so they are entered consistently and maintained.  You can learn more about this feature and all about Supplier Manager by watching the August 26th episode of Coach & Go here:  Click here to watch the August 26 episode

To learn more about keeping your data clean please check out a recent Coach & Go episode on this topic:  Click here to learn about clean data

Schedule A Help Session

The entire team at GTO wants to ensure you are able to use the system and benefit from all the features included.  If you are having trouble with any part of the system please reach out to your Community Architect and schedule some one-on-one Zoom time for additional training.  We want happy users who have the tools they need.  Reach out and let us know how we can help.

Ellen’s Stardust Diner – is hoping to reopen around October 12th under whatever the current COVID guidelines are.  They are looking forward to welcoming groups back and have spent tons of money on renovations, manager said.  However, they are still unsure on pricings moving forward. Deepak said to “add a couple bucks to current offerings just to be safe.” The menus and pricings pre-covid are in the system and are available to use.  Since they’re out of date, the system will add a percentage. But, your company may decide to add a little additional as a cushion if you are using for 2022 groups, until new pricings are available. He did say he is hoping to not increase more than $2 per person, but just doesn’t know yet.
