It’s Tax Day!!!
Thanks to the 15th falling on a weekend, we’ve had a few extra days to file taxes. Now the time has come to give Uncle Sam his cut – be sure you post your returns before midnight tonight!
On a brighter note, it’s also National Animal Cracker Day! Once you drop your taxes at the nearest post office, swing by the grocery store for a childhood treat guaranteed to lift your spirits!

The spring travel season is here – and that means long days and little downtime for you! To help reduce your workload, we are temporarily suspending scheduled GTO office hours.
Beginning Monday, March 13th, we’ll skip the scheduled meeting times so you can focus on your business.

New Procedures for Unresponsive Suppliers
The GTO Accuracy Guru team works tirelessly to ensure you have the most current supplier information. However, there are times when even our best efforts don’t get a response.
Here’s how we’re handling it:
- You request a supplier.
- The Accuracy Guru team creates a new supplier in the GTO system or tries to contact the supplier for updated pricing within 24 business hours.
- If there is no response, the team follows up every 3 days for 21 days via phone, email, and voicemail.
- If there is still no response after 21 days, the request will be moved to “unresponsive status” and you will be notified via email.
- Once moved to unresponsive, the supplier request is closed.
If you have information for the supplier or still require their information for an active proposal, please submit another request. We will then continue to try to connect with the supplier periodically for another 21 days.

We have an easy way for you to submit a Help Desk request! Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and BE SURE TO PUT THE WORD HELP IN THE SUBJECT LINE. This will automatically create a ticket and will email you updates as your ticket is being worked on.
