It’s National Cocoa Day!
As we prepare to officially welcome winter, let’s celebrate with a cup of hot cocoa!
Cocoa beverages have a long history beginning with the Mayans nearly 2,000 years ago. They drank bitter, but frothy versions in clay mugs not so different than we use today.
Fast forward a few years and we prefer our cocoa steaming and laden with cream, sugar, and plenty of whipped cream! Mmmmmm….
This National Cocoa Day, round up the marshmallows and savor a sweet sip of chocolately goodness!
